I came for breakfast in the morning, asked for the serving speed - 15 minutes, OK, fine, ordered coffee and cheesecakes. I waited for more than 40 minutes, pressed the call button 6 times, but no one answered. There was no time to wait and have breakfast, I paid for the coffee, canceled the order at the exit, for some reason everyone was surprised.Indeed, where 15 minutes are, there are 40. In general, I did not go there anymore and I will not go. Oh, yeah, I didn't hear any apologies either.
