The service is missing. Minuses: 1. There is a huge queue at the checkout, which wastes session time. 2. Skates are given out wet and blunt, there are no necessary sizes. When asked how often the blades of skates are sharpened, they answer: "I should have come and asked to sharpen them." I believe that it is necessary to sharpen inventory BEFORE delivery, and NOT during the session at the expense of the client's time. When asked again about skate maintenance, the answer was "I don't know." 3. The ice is bad, part of the territory is blocked, which makes it impossible to hold on to the sides. 4. There are so many people that it is impossible and unsafe to ride (The photo does not convey the number). 5. The administration's announcements over the "loudspeaker" are just indistinct noise, you can't make out anything (one phrase was repeated 4 times - I didn't understand anything). The service is at the zero level. I hope the administration will learn how to count people, check the condition of the ice, the availability and quality of inventory before selling tickets.

It seems to be cleaned between sessions, but it feels like the tractor is coming back faster than the ice harvester. You can skate, but it's more like an extreme sport — "figure skating on a track." I would like the ice to be smooth, and not like a field after plowing.
