It used to be an insanely delicious place. I haven't been here for several years. And after a couple of years, I decided to look again. We ordered 2 hot dogs and French fries for pickup. As a result, the French fries were not put in, and one hot dog was put in the wrong place. She called and explained the situation. They said come back within a week, we will give you new dishes. I arrived two days later, and I explain the situation twice, to which they reply, "We don't have your receipt, no one warned us." With grief in half, we did as promised. (And even though the potatoes or hot dog were so greasy that after brushing your teeth, you could still taste it) At this time, a friend orders her order, namely: combo 11, and a chicken sandwich. When he gets home, he discovers that there is no coke and sauce. He calls the Caspian Grill, in response: "why didn't you check it right away?!" Where did the rule come from that the customer checks the integrity of his order immediately upon receiving it, before reaching home. Also, grasshoppers were jumping in the establishment🫣 In general, it is a pity that this institution has deteriorated so much. Maybe the situation is better at 14 mkr, we'll go there sometime.
