It's a terrible bank, it's impossible not to withdraw money or transfer it to Russian cards , you can't even top up a Russian phone number, I wanted to buy something on ozone and other sites, unfortunately they just don't see this card, although please top up with a Russian card, I wonder if it's possible to pay with this card in other countries, I doubt it very much.

For Russians on 04/25/2025 You can open a Kaspi Bank card (unnamed). To do this, you will need a passport with a border crossing mark (this point should be taken into account when crossing the border, i.e. do not fly using an internal passport of the Russian Federation), SNILS and a local IN (an analogue of our INN, it turns out in the PSC (the local equivalent of the MFC). It costs 6 thousand tenge (you can do it for free if you have a fight and queue), payment is made on the spot. It took 10 minutes to contact the PSC, and the IN itself arrives the next day via SMS (with a link). Accordingly, you need a local phone number). Kaspi opens the card on the same day in 10 minutes. It is better to download the bank's application ahead of time and register in it (you need an IN). The card is free. But there is a significant disadvantage — the validity period is only one year. Later, you can reissue a new one for free, but for this you will also need to contact a bank branch, but you no longer need to receive an IN. After a year, you will be charged 1,900 tenge for maintenance. The bank has a good application, I did not find any problems with payment, withdrawal and replenishment.
