The territory is very beautiful, lots of trees and fresh, there are playgrounds, a gym, a beach, two piers, 2 outdoor pools, etc. The view is good The rooms-I live in a film studio, so I can't say anything about the rooms.But all zhoms have the same style, and it's beautiful. Food-I did not go to breakfast and therefore I bought groceries either in a store on the territory or in shops outside the territory (there are 4-5 shops outside the territory) Cleanliness-the territory is very clean. The pool is an outdoor pool without slides that needs to be renovated. Tiles are falling off there and I injured my foot on a place where there were no tiles. In July and August, you don't need a canditor!!! It's already cool there, but it can be cold at night. I have been coming to Karvan since 2023.
