Until 2-3 o'clock in the morning, drunken personalities with portable speakers at full power roam around the territory, laughing, making noise, sometimes fighting, but the guards do not seem to care about this. Sleeping in silence without using earplugs and without clogging all the windows is unlikely to work. 2. The catering is not very good. The dining room helps out, where the food is varied, fresh and delicious, but self-service, which means you have to stand in line for 15-20 minutes. Plus, a retarded (and apparently irreplaceable) cashier increases the time in line by a multiple. There are a couple of establishments on the beach that call themselves restaurants, but it's unpleasant to go into them, not to eat there. The tables are not cleaned for a long time, the menus are sticky, greasy, and there is a heavy smell of stale lagman inside. We didn't dare to eat there. Dignities: Well-groomed territory, excellent beach, very convenient pier, clean water (without the sewage smell that has appeared in recent years in the Bostery area), the first line is very close to the lake - compared to other boarding houses, excellent view of the lake from the terrace. A good store - most of the necessary goods can be bought without leaving the territory. In general, it is one of the best boarding houses on the northern shore of Issyk-Kul. The biggest problem is noise and junk music from places of entertainment and vacationing music lovers. If this factor is adjusted so that at least at night they do not allow noise from redneck vacationers who respect only their needs, do not let hundreds of other vacationers sleep around, including with children, then the Cote d'Azur would be the best.

We had a great time! They were removing a log cabin. Cozy, clean, all furniture and utensils are there and in order, parking for two cars, two bathrooms, a detached kitchen dining room with all utensils and appliances, parking for two cars under a canopy, a wonderful oven + barbecue, there is a cauldron and everything you need to cook delicious over a campfire. The beach is a hundred meters away along a well-groomed greenery of flowers and a lawn. The beach is clean, sandy. There is a great pier with places to relax under canopies. The pier is more than a hundred meters long. For children, there is a mini park with carousels and entertainment items. We had a great time! I really recommend it
