Disappointment. I bought a jewelry ring with an Arabic ornament as a gift. Did you check if this inscription means anything? I was told that no, it was probably just an affirmation. Bought. At home, I found out that it's not just - but the Son of Allah is written on the ring. It is now non-refundable. If your consultants don't know, don't let them sell. They would say, don't take it. Let's look for something that no one doubts. It's very frustrating. I left the ring with the box right at the seller.

My son and I came to buy him sneakers and sandals. But we couldn't find where the shoes for children with size 37 are displayed. And when we asked the employee who pasted the boxes, can he tell us which part of the hall to look for, he just got rude to us for no reason. The sediment remained. I didn't want to buy shoes in this store, so they left.

A complete deception! In the summer, I bought 3 pairs of shoes specially for the price of 2. In garantia's receipt for 60 days. After 1.5 months , the "eco-leather" began to wear off in sandals. When trying to return, they said that the warranty does not apply to sandals. A 30% promotion is currently taking place. We buy sneakers. The price tag is 35 rubles. At the checkout, we are informed that the price has increased by 4 rubles. But they reassure that -30% is preserved. When asked why the price tags were not changed, they answer that it does not depend on us. And they talk, really, rudely!!! This is the second time the sediment is untidy from a visit.

I haven't bought shoes in this store before. 14.10 bought shoes. I tried it on again at home and realized that they were big and did not fit me, after a couple of days I went to return them, to which I was told that they were worn. Shoes in perfect condition with a label. I do not advise anyone this store, the arrogant staff, they are only interested in giving you something. Buy 2 and get 3 as a gift, but there is no choice.

A huge disadvantage of the entire store chain is that discount cards are no longer valid! To get a discount or accumulate points, you need to download the app. The cashier explains this by saying that they care about the environment. Well, what did the already issued cards prevent you (the store's representatives) from doing? And if the representative of the store at the checkout says that you can not download the application and there will simply be no discount, but still persuades you to download, even though the buyer unequivocally answers the seller that he does not want to download anything (I observed this situation while I was standing in line at the checkout). But there are still people of retirement age who have push-button phones, i.e. they basically cannot take advantage of discounts. After such an update of the loyalty program, you do not want to go into the store at all, especially considering that your shoes are on the most popular marketplace and they cost much less! RETURN THE NORMAL DISCOUNT CARDS!!! You can use both a physical card and a virtual one at the same time.

They cheat with prices and violate the law on "consumer rights protection". One price is indicated on the box, and the other is much more expensive at the checkout. The seller spread her hands and said : What can I do? They refused to sell without even removing the old price tag from the box.

A terrible experience at Kari's store! I went there to buy a few things, and accidentally broke a vase that was on the floor. And by the way, I did not push the vase itself, into the box that was standing next to the vase on purpose, if I had not faced such a situation, everyone would have faced it. (so not only is the most expensive, it was already tilted). It was completely accidental, but instead of understanding, I was faced with the boorish attitude of an employee. I approached the employee, explaining the situation, instead I caught negative views on myself and heard "Well, that's it, you got to" where??) She started shouting at me as if I had done something terrible, and did not show a drop of sympathy or support. This behavior is absolutely unacceptable! I expected at least an apology for putting things in such inconvenient places in the store. I am very disappointed with such service. I hope the management will pay attention to the behavior of their employees and take action. With such an attitude towards customers, it is unlikely that anyone will want to return to this store. I am very disappointed! Are you familiar with the consumer law?
