Why was the store closed (Belarus, Baranovichi, Tekstilnaya str., 14A) we arrived at the kari store, waited for 30 minutes, the seller came, asked why the store was not working, the seller said there was no electricity, the Internet was not working, they just turned around and left.

We came to the store with the children on a special day off, but the store is closed. There is no announcement of anything...The management is kindly requested to deal with the store's employees

May 20, 2026 We came to the store with our daughter to look for shoes, and we found them. The bag department saw a special offer: when buying shoes, a 30% discount on the bag. These information signs were all over the store (even on the ground floor). We were delighted, chose a bag and went to the checkout. And then the circus began. The cashier dismissively throws out the phrase: "Are you aware that the promotion is not working today? She's only starting tomorrow." No dates were indicated on the price tags. To my perfectly legitimate remark that this was misleading, the lady replied: "I didn't ask them, all the questions are for the management." Further — more. I say, "Since the promotion starts tomorrow, then remove the signs." This lady just leaves us standing at the checkout and defiantly goes to collect price tags all over the store. We stood there and, to put it mildly, were stunned by such arrogance. When she returned, she asked defiantly: "So what? Will you take everything or not?" We took the shoes and the amount, but the "service" did not end there. The cashier forgot to remove the magnet from the bag, her daughter called her, she returned with a displeased expression in the style of "what else?", silently removed the magnet and left in English. No etiquette or basic apologies. Bottom line: Huge greetings to the store management. Teach staff to work with promotions and communicate with people, rather than being rude and hiding price tags right during customer service.
