Nice, clean, quiet. The hotel is located 2 minutes from the old town. The staff is quite polite. They speak Russian. Card payments are not accepted. But they charge for accommodation in cash and transfers by SBP. The room was old, without a fresh renovation and with a corresponding smell.

A good hotel within walking distance of the old town and the citadel. The breakfast is excellent, the coffee is natural, there are no comments on the assortment. The room is spacious, with air conditioning. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The towels are the most delicate. There is one disadvantage in my room - there is no curtain on the door to the balcony.

I stayed at the Caravan Plaza Hotel for a day from December 24 to December 25, 2022. At first, they offered a room on the 2nd floor with a panoramic view of the Ark Fortress, however, it was so cold there that I asked to be moved to another room. I got room 208 with underfloor heating on the ground floor next to the stairs, just around the corner from the reception. The room is spacious with a huge bed and a view of the courtyard. The room has a TV, safe, refrigerator, mini kettle, air conditioning. The sound insulation leaves much to be desired, I woke up at night because some crowd was coming down the stairs, talking loudly at the same time. The toilet has mini shower sets and dental supplies. Lots of towels, a bath mat. And everything would be fine if not for one thing - someone's long hair on the towels is very unpleasant. Another problem with the joints in the bathtub - when I took a shower, a lot of water poured through the cracks in the joints, I had to throw towels on the floor. Breakfast is meager, very. There is no buffet. Coffee is only instant from a bag, it tastes like tin. In general, despite the listed disadvantages, it is an acceptable option for a one-day overnight stay.
