I rented a Lada Niva there to travel around the country. The car was in very good condition and almost brand new. But then unfortunately the horror scenario happened and I had an accident with it. Fortunately, I had booked it with "super cover" and didn't have to pay anything for the damage. Very nice, helpful and uncomplicated people there! I would recommend them immediately!

The management was very fast and professional, we did not have any problems with the car, but when returning it the behavior of two operators was not correct. They saw that the car was fine and we signed for the delivery and when I was about to leave they asked me for more money because they said it was dirty. I didn't want to argue and I paid them, they put it in their pocket without giving me any documents. I think they kept it, making the company look bad.
