We booked a room in this hotel, the room has a large comfortable bed, a TV with a huge selection of channels, air conditioning and a large highway with a beautiful view. All amenities are also in the room. Very polite and friendly staff. I would like to thank administrator Jacqueline separately, we were very satisfied.

In September 2025, we had a rest in Sukhum, at the Caracas Spa Hotel. The hotel is new, clean, and beautiful. The hotel has trees and tables for evening gatherings. Inside the hotel there is a beautiful lounge with sofas and armchairs. There is a hammam and a swimming pool. A very cool hammam. At the reception, the girls Aida and Jaka are very hospitable and kind. They will always help, explain where, what is, how to get where in an unfamiliar city. The rooms are always clean, thanks to the maid, Irina. Special thanks to the cook, Saida. Delicious breakfasts, delicious pastries. Every evening, we waited for the morning and delicious breakfasts. For one breakfast, you could eat three. The beach and the sea are literally 300 meters away. Very beautiful scenic area. Cafes, canteens are everywhere, you can go for lunch and dinner. I would like to say a huge thank you to all the hotel staff for a great time spent at this hotel and such excellent service. We will wait for next year to return to the Caracas Spa Hotel.

I stayed here for a week in September 2025. It is located in a 25-30 minute walk from the beautiful embankment and the center. Nearby is the Kodori highway, along which minibuses run. There are different beaches along the embankment - choose any one. The civilized beach is a 10-minute walk away. There are shops, cafes and a canteen around. The hotel is new, it is clear that it was recently built, there are minor flaws such as a misaligned bathroom door, a broken outlet, but this is not critical. The style of the room cannot be called designer, but the atmosphere is comfortable, everything for living and relaxing is present. The room has a large double bed. Additionally, I asked for a pillow, and they gave it to me without any problems. Beautiful furniture in the same style. A small TV with Android TV . You can connect to any application, but under yourself, or watch YouTube. There is an air conditioner. The bathroom has a hairdryer and a set of hospitality products - gel and shampoo. The water pressure is normal, the hotel has breakfast facilities and a cozy dining area. Usually there is porridge, fried eggs, sausages, but not always. Breakfast cereals, tomatoes, cucumbers, cheese and sausage of the same kind. Fruits are melon or watermelon. Buns of 2-3 types. There were pancakes once. Brewed coffee for a fee. The hotel is clean and tidy. Many thanks to the maid Irina, who surrounded her with gentle care and tried like a fairy to fulfill any wish! The service in Caracas is at a high level - they always provide assistance - and they will advise you on local attractions, and they will advise you where to eat. always with a smile, correctly and courteously. Unfortunately, this is not always the norm here. I would like to note the disadvantages of the audibility between the numbers, for whom this is critical. But I didn't spend much time in the rooms, so I didn't really suffer from it. There is a spa pool, something like a gym and a sauna. The pool is free, you have to pay for the sauna. I didn't use it. I signed up for a massage (according to the price list, 30 min back 2000rubles and 30 min feet 2000rubles), the massage is good, but unfortunately the massage therapist, Igor Nikolaevich, did a massage for 45 minutes instead of the paid hour. After my question, he replied that the massage was actually 25 minutes, and the remaining 5 minutes - "well, come on, I'll scratch your heels." I'm sure not many women will like this kind of treatment. Massage can be good, but honesty comes first. Of the 60 minutes, 45 minutes is 3/4, which means Igor Nikolaevich owes me 1000rubles. But I felt that this incident should not affect the overall assessment of the hotel. I had a wonderful rest! Thanks to the hotel staff and the manager for the organization of service and hospitality!
