I always ordered rolls here. Everything was always good. The price is good, delicious. There was always a disadvantage that cooks swear and everything is scattered. But this time it's just terrible. We ordered the rolls at 19:15, ordered at 17:05. As a result, we waited another 50 minutes for our order. Why take orders if you can't do it? Quality is better than quantity. The rolls are all crumpled, made just fine. The rolls that were more or less kept in the sheets, but without them they just fell apart into a mess.

I've been ordering rolls here since the opening. Overall, I am very satisfied: it is delicious and at an adequate price. Sometimes there are small flaws in the cutting, but this does not affect the overall impression in any way. The quality is stable, the fish and rice are always fresh, which is a separate plus. There has only ever been one case where cooking was delayed by more than 10 minutes from the stated time. One more time, on Sunday, because of the heavy load, they told me to wait an additional 40 minutes, then I just refused the order. I consider these to be normal working moments. Once I ordered delivery, the courier tried to bring the order right to the apartment door (usually in other places they deliver only to the entrance). They pack normally: everything arrives in one piece, there are enough napkins, wasabi and soy sauce are free. They always communicate politely at the checkout. Employees sometimes do not talk very correctly to each other, but this does not affect the client's usual catering costs.

The service is disgusting, we made a pre-order for December 31 at 19:30, we didn't warn what would be ready later. Why take so many orders to delay them later, especially since it was pickup, not courier delivery. Did you want to earn money? We've earned it. We will not come to you again. Are you thinking about how many orders you can complete? Sushi is tolerable by itself, but it depends on the cook whether they fall apart or not.
