I visited the sanatorium for the first time in 2024. I liked everything. Meals, treatment, accommodation. The staff is very attentive and polite. I won't even name anyone separately. Their work is hard, but they are always polite and smiling. I would really like to mention some vacationers from Russia. They're behaving abominably abominably. They argue with the staff. They are always dissatisfied with both nutrition and treatment. (Why did you have to come so far? You can swear at home). The staff tolerates all this and they can't even raise their voices. This sanatorium is small. There is no sauna or swimming pool. That's why the prices are lower there. It's always clean. Rooms are cleaned every day. And in February, 2026, I went again. The staff all recognized me. They hugged me like a relative. Nothing has changed. The staff too. They've been working there for years. The chief medical officer works diligently. Everyone needs to choose the right treatment. It's a bit boring in the evening. There is no entertainment. Someone writes in the reviews that they don't show movies. But there is no movie viewing room in the sanatorium. They just turn on music in the lobby, mostly Azerbaijani music. Well, I'm flying there for treatment. Evening walk. The territory is very green, there is a place to walk. There are many shops. Fruits are very cheap. If anyone has a wish, come here. You won't regret it. In 2023, I was in the hospital. They wanted to have spinal surgery. I refused the operation and went to Naftalan. I've known about Naftalan for a long time, I've read a lot about sanatoriums. Since then, I've been running and playing sports. At the end of 2026, I'm going to go for prevention again. I would like to express my deep gratitude to the entire staff of the Kapyaz sanatorium. In 2022, I was lucky enough to have a rest and get treated at the Kapyaz sanatorium in the city of Naftalan.I liked everything, the service, the treatment, and the attitude of all the staff. The head physician is attentive, polite, and helpful. The medical staff is respectful . Treatments, food, cleanliness in the rooms, everything is top notch. There are no limits to my gratitude. I bow low to all of you.I remember and respect you all.

Excellent sanatorium for little money. If procedures are important, rather than a buffet and entertainment, then this sanatorium is suitable. I liked the sanatorium, the staff is very friendly, they always try to help and please the vacationers. I was at the sanatorium on 04/20/2025 to 05/03/2025. On average, there were 6 procedures per day.
