It's an amazing place! The beauty is indescribable. It's a little scary to go, but it's very interesting. The return trip along the top of the canyon is difficult, we went with a rest. Choose good weather to visit.

It's a delight beyond words! Emotions are off the charts! This canyon left the most vivid impression of Georgia. There are few people. We drove by car, bought tickets at the visitor center, then drove to the entrance. Before reaching 600 m there is an asphalt road that leads to the entrance. The descent is steep, you can use four-wheel drive cars. But we've seen cars go there, too. You'll have to climb a lot of stairs back, so it's better not to take grandmothers with you, and small children too. If you arrived as part of an excursion, the taxi drivers are ready to take you back to the visit center for 30 GEL.

It's a beautiful place!We bought tickets at the main entrance, but then drove our car all the way to the canyon (we have to go down and turn left, everything is on the asphalt). The road is good, everything is asphalt, not very narrow, you can leave the oncoming lane, drive for a few minutes. We were with a child of 6 years old, we didn't measure his height. Tickets for adult foreigners cost 20 lari, a child from 6 to 12 years - 5.50 lari. The views are wonderful, we were delighted, I recommend it to everyone!
