There is a dutik, but only when crossing towards Lithuania. The work of border guards and customs officers is coordinated. I do not recommend crossing on holidays - registration is very slow on the Lithuanian side, so huge traffic jams are formed. And Belarusians have to restrain the flow due to the slowness of the Lithuanians...
