We ordered flower delivery (10 rubles for a fee) with a preliminary photo report of the bouquet. The agreed delivery time was running out, but there was no photo report. After calling the store, we received a reply that the photo was sent and the call was reset. A photo of the bouquet was immediately received. As it turned out later, the photo report was originally sent to the recipient, not the requester. They didn't consider it necessary to at least confess and apologize! The surprise is ruined!!! P.S. They also signed the postcard for the bouquet themselves, as the seller refused (allegedly bad handwriting).

Turn on the lights so that people can see your rotten flowers. And besides, the Rose was one of a different color. In short, they wrapped in cellophane what they couldn't sell. I don't like to write negative reviews, but this time I had to. They didn't even stand for a day after the delivery. The result is in the photo. Judging by the reviews, this is the "norm" here. I don't recommend it! The only thing is that 50% of the bouquet price was refunded)
