Само здание вокзала выглядит симпатично. На этом плюсы закончились. Всюду безумные очереди. На кассы просто огромные очереди. Полагаю, дело не в бешеном спросе, а в плохой организации работы. Экспресс до Москвы, первый класс: жутко грязный. Будто его с момента производства ни разу не убирали. Жалко было одежду, садясь на такие кресла.
