It was almost an empty place, but we were told that everything was loaded and they couldn't cook anything except a burger and coffee, so they couldn't receive guests, personally it was a pity for us to waste time, since we set up a special return trip of the cable car in an hour to go to this place and eat, in the end it was just we sat for an hour and were not served.

The cafe is very cool if you come to it when it is completely empty.. Then at least a waiter may come up or maybe the menu will be offered, more than one person cannot be served, one table of 10 people was served (apparently they paid more than the rest), and all other tables must wait 40-80 minutes for an order.

It's a disgusting place. We went to a cafe, sat down at a table — no one even thought to come over. A few minutes later, we had to call the waiter ourselves. When they asked for the menu, they didn't even bring it to us. Instead, the waitress said that everything was packed and they would have to wait about an hour and a half for the order, because they allegedly did not have time to cook anything. The funny thing was that the cafe was empty. Of the customers, only two or three tables were occupied, and the rest of the seats were empty. The question arises: if the staff is not able to serve new guests with one busy table, then why open a cafe at all?As a result, we were simply not served. We wasted our time, sat with nothing, and left hungry. It seemed that no one needed visitors here. The maximum this place is suitable for is to go in for a glass of water or coffee, and it's better to do it on a full stomach, because there doesn't seem to be a chance to eat properly here. The service is a complete failure, disgusting. I have no desire to return here, and I do not advise anyone.

A very long discussion! We arrived for lunch at 2 p.m., the first course arrived only 40 minutes later, and the last one arrived an hour and a half later. At the same time, the restaurant was only half loaded, there were only two tour groups at that time. The dishes were carried as if randomly, the neighboring tables, which arrived later than us, received food before us. Items that we had not ordered were added to the receipt, and part of our order was missing altogether (of course, the cheaper part)

It's a disaster. The only advantage of this establishment is the view of the mountains. The service is long, it's easier to approach yourself, there were not all soups except chicken on the menu. They told us about it after ordering . The cheese balls inside turned out to be cold and the cheese was not melted. The prices are too high, the food is not delicious. This is the first place in Armenia where we really didn't like it.

This is just my opinion and my experience. The service is disgusting. Some of the ordered items were missing from the kitchen, so the order was accepted in full. As a result, some items from the previous order and a completely new one were brought in. At the same time, they said that we wouldn't do it and asked us to clear the table. They told us that you can't remove it from the receipt, but you can take it with you. They immediately asked me to pack it with them. The plates were on the table for another hour 🫠 They asked for the bill and packed it with them for the third time. They brought the bill and said they would bring the container now. They didn't bring it. I went to the bar with the plates, closed the account, and was asked once again to pack up. Reluctantly, they gave it to the kitchen and folded it with them. It's the only place where you can eat and have a good view. The guests are treated like second-class people.

The waitress clarified the order several times, as a result, after 20 minutes it turned out that some dishes were not available. The dishes can be brought already cold or poorly heated, and this is after an hour of waiting. 10% for the service is included in the bill. The prices are higher than in Yerevan, and the portions are smaller and do not match the photos that are in some reviews. There will be not four pieces of chicken, but two greens, only pasta and those are not heated. You will have to wait a long time and waitress to close the account easier and faster to approach yourself.

In response, there are no apologies, only "there are a lot of guests, we don't have time for everyone." P.S. If it matters, the communication took place in Armenian, so there could be no misunderstandings due to the language.
