I have tried almost any of the asian restaurants in İstanbul, asian and europe side. They have the best sushi in İstanbul. Also been in Japan, so trust my words lol. And now they also make really tasty cocktails so better!!

On weekdays in the afternoon hours, two people went to Kaen Koşuyolu with great expectation. Although the place was not very crowded, we had serious problems with service and service. We sat at one of the tables for two on the terrace, right under the heater. The heater was set high enough to burn our faces; when we asked for the temperature to be lowered a little, we received a sarcastic response in the form of "It's too cold around here". Despite this, because they constantly turned on the ventilation on the hill, cold air constantly came over us. We ordered Rock Shrimp Tempura, Mongolian Chicken, Shrimp Noodles, California Roll and Dragon Roll as meals. The order of service was a complete fiasco; sushi came first, then tempura, and then chicken. The products that were supposed to be starters and noodles were served last. Moreover, each dish reached the table about 15 minutes Decently. Another shocking incident we experienced during the service was that the waiter's shirt touched our food while serving at the next table. The service continued without anything being said. When we reported the situation, we were met with an absurd defense such as "The tables are too cramped". We had to leave some of the food on our plate because of this hygiene problem. As for the taste of the dishes, they were all average, even Mongolian Chicken and Dragon Roll were below average. There are many places in Istanbul that offer much better quality service and taste in this price segment. We definitely do not recommend this place due to the lackadaisical attitude of the employees and service irregularity.
