I really liked the hotel, there is also a swimming pool, although simple, but everything is very nice and comfortable. They feed nearby (if the food was paid for immediately in the price) in the 2nd building, opposite the hotel, very tasty food, breakfast:either semolina or oatmeal, pie, butter, tea, coffee, cocoa, jam; lunch:it is very varied; dinner is always a slice of watermelon and a glass of white or red wine for adults, as well as tea, coffee, cocoa. You can buy homemade wine there, and they give it for dinner, not expensive for 1L or 8, or 15 larry, they say it's delicious. There is always lemon and plain water in jugs and glasses or mugs next to it for breakfast, dinner and lunch. There is a gazebo with a TV next to the hotels, by the way, in the room itself the first 10 channels are Georgian, the rest are Russian, there is also a mop and a broom with a dustpan on the floor. There is a shop near this area with hotels, where you can order a delicious pork or chicken kebab, if you also go through a market with shops there, and there is a shop with Turkish bedding not far away. The sea is nearby and it is a huge plus.

I had a vacation in September 2025. 7-10 minutes from the sea. Clear. The toilet and shower are combined extremely inconveniently: there is always a lot of water. It is necessary to clean the water tank. Toilet paper is always wet. About nutrition: except for khinkali, lunch soups and ajapsandal, everything is unbalanced. For breakfast, porridge or a bun with butter (solid carbohydrates) and attention! One piece of sausage is better. The dishes were served stale several times (and they weren't even heated). In general, the food is 1 star. Would I recommend this hotel to someone else? No. By the way, the staff is always uncommunicative and unfriendly.

I do not know who in Yandex named this hotel "Oleg" (probably Oleg himself), but these are two buildings of the Kobuleti INN hotel. Wonderful rooms, excellent service, and a great open-minded host. The food is not restaurant-style, but it is satisfying and not expensive. Every evening there is a homemade wine, European cuisine harmoniously alternates with Georgian (khinkali, khachapuri in Adjarian style, kharcho). You can also check in without food (we took it with food and then it was hard to taste Georgian cuisine in restaurants, as we were always full). The owner makes his own wine, cognac and chacha, which can be purchased from him at a fair price. At the same time, he does not add essences and flavorings to his products (as 99% of those who target tourists do). The owner has a childhood friend who, for a fair price, is ready to take you anywhere and pick you up when you say (including organizing excursions that are many times more authentic than the official ones). There are two pools of its own - for adults and for children. It is very convenient when there are big waves on the sea. It's literally 200 meters to the beach, no more (3 minutes "crawling"). Nearby (on the next street) there are a large number of restaurants, cafes, shops, currency exchange offices. The central market is 5 minutes away by taxi for 2.5 lari. A dream for a vacationer!

Nice quiet hotel. It is located on 2 lines, which gives more advantages than disadvantages. A large courtyard, a blind fence, a swimming pool with sun loungers allows you to spend time on site without prying eyes. Near the gate of the hotel there is a "personal" outlet, which has everything from water to alcohol, beer, fish and champagne within walking distance. The food in the hotel is no frills, but you won't starve. Quite tasty, original, but a little))The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, a refrigerator and a hairdryer. There are balconies above the ground floor. The only drawback is the lack of a shower cabin. In the toilet, the drain is in the floor, taking a shower, the whole toilet room is in water.

Overall a good hotel with home-cooked meals. Very good location, at the exit to the embankment the final stop of minibuses to Batumi. Of the disadvantages, only synthetic bedding and the absence of a kettle (in the dining room it can only be taken during meals, and so it is closed). Cleaning on your own is rather a feature.
