We had a rest at Joy Island and were completely delighted with this island and the level of service. From the very first minutes you feel like a welcome guest: quick check-in, attentive staff and a cozy atmosphere. The territory is well maintained, the beaches are white sand, the sea is crystal clear, and the sunsets are simply mesmerizing. The room is comfortable, modern, with thoughtful details — there is everything you need for a relaxing and carefree holiday. The food is beyond praise: a large selection of dishes, fresh seafood, fruits and desserts, everything is always delicious and beautifully served. Separately, we would like to express our sincere gratitude to Aani Abdul for her hospitality, attention to detail and assistance in any matters. Thanks to her, we felt as comfortable as possible, and the rest turned out to be truly carefree. People like Aani create a special atmosphere of warmth and care that makes you want to come back here. We'll come again.

We had a rest with my husband at this hotel from April 10 to April 20, 2026 and were absolutely delighted! Wonderful both beach villas and villas on the water have their own charm everywhere. A stunning, clean beach with white sand, you can swim near your villa, or go to the "public" beach, by the way, the entrance and depth are good, there is also a bar nearby, or you can relax by the large luxurious pool. The cuisine is delicious, all the food is "from under the knife", a huge variety of fruits, there is delicious ice cream and more. Friendly staff, you are greeted and escorted with drums, and upon arrival you are assigned a personal manager who accompanies you throughout your stay: he will answer any questions, book a restaurant or spa. We had Andy, who was a cool and kind guy. The hotel is as family friendly as possible, there are a lot of couples with children. In general, I definitely recommend Joy, for its price - the quality is maximum, I definitely want to come back.♥ The only thing I would recommend is to work on an entertainment program in the evening. For the Maldives, it's quite standard: an evening performance by musicians, followed by a themed party, but you want a more diverse performance, otherwise the same songs are played every night - one or two evenings are normal, and then it's a burden.
