Samarkand pilaf is a separate kind of happiness. We ate pilaf in Samarkand, and it was incredibly delicious. The rice is crumbly, fragrant, the meat is soft and juicy, the real taste of spices and traditions is felt. The portion is large and satisfying — we ate heartily. The atmosphere is simple, but very sincere: fresh flatbread, hot tea and the very taste for which it is worth going to Samarkand. Definitely one of the best pilaf that I've tried. We will definitely come back again

We visited this establishment on the recommendation of a local resident at a paper mill. They greeted us cordially, quickly brought salads to choose from, we settled on a tomato salad, a salad of greens and wild onion pickled. Not knowing the size of the portions, we relied on the recommendation of the waiter (she offered 1.5 servings of pilaf for two). There are no complaints about food and service at all, but there are questions about pricing: Tomato salad Salad of greens Pickled wild onion 1.5 servings of pilaf Compote The flatbread Total: 250,000 soums! If you are not a local and decide to visit this establishment, then be interested in the prices in advance, as they are not indicated anywhere! We would not have been embarrassed by such an amount if we had not visited similar establishments in Samarkand, where they pay twice as much for such a set of dishes. P.S. I hope you've become rich, but we don't recommend you to anyone else anymore!
