I really love this small hotel. There are as many as three of them here in the courtyard, but in terms of price-quality ratio, I will note "John's". A very reasonable, understanding and calm host. Everything is there: air conditioning, refrigerator, ironing board, hot shower, good bed linen, etc. The disadvantage now is the noise from the neighboring construction site, but it will end soon, and the location, of course, is fire! I have not found anything better in 10 years of trips to Sukhum.

We came to Sukhum for a day. We stayed at John's. Price-quality matches. I recommend the place. There are plenty of places to park your car nearby. There is a paid parking of 300 rubles per day.

The hotel is located right on the embankment, in its center. Next door, the Nartaa restaurant is one of the best establishments in the city, both in taste and price tag. The rooms in the hotel are clean, without any extra chic. Everything you need is available, the rooms are not small. There is an order of rooms through Booking. The owner did not object to an early check-in. A polite, pleasant person. Overall, I highly recommend this place!
