I bought glasses in this store, and with expensive lenses. I have asked you to provide me with a certificate or some kind of document for the lenses to verify that they are genuine. In response, they only said, "We have many years of experience, our products are original." But this is not a normal approach. When a store sells an expensive product, it must provide the appropriate document or proof that the product is truly original. I even tried to find the lens mark in the light, but it wasn't there. When I said that, they replied: "just trust us." I've bought glasses in different countries, but this is the first time I've seen this attitude.
