Level 13 Local Expert

Completely disappointed with this hotel. The advertisement is misleading—they promote spacious rooms or suites, but everyone is placed in a single room with an extra bed awkwardly squeezed in the corner. The level of service is extremely poor. Even a simple request to prepare the room and leave a small note caused a lot of problems. It is obvious that the management does not care about the hotel’s reputation or guest satisfaction. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting normal service and attention to guests.

We rested with my family for the first time in this hotel. Everything is on top! This is one of the best vacation spots. The villas are spacious and comfortable, there is everything. The food is excellent, you can order anything, the cooks try very hard. Everywhere is clean and maximally adapted for your rest and relaxation! Separately, I want to say about the staff - welcoming, friendly, professional and responsive. None of your requests or even your eyes will be left without attention and decision. This is the good place to have calm mental relax! Well done! Keep it up! We will definitely come back more than once!

Price is quality . It's expensive for such a service. Your order may not be delivered at breakfast . Or mix it up and bring someone else 's ) the island itself is small . The hotel did not enter. On the plus side, the cuisine in all restaurants is very good. The houses are new . Everything is fresh.
