Nice apartment complex next door. I live near the Jetisu Park residential complex on Yesenova Street, I often pass by. The complex looks decent — well-groomed territory, landscaped courtyard with playgrounds. The location is excellent — a quiet and peaceful area, but at the same time all the infrastructure is nearby: shops, schools, transport stops. It is convenient to get to the center. Friends live there, they say they are satisfied — the apartments have good layouts, the entrances are clean. One of the disadvantages is that mobile communications are poorly received in the residential complex area. Overall, one of the best residential complexes in our area. I recommend considering it if you are looking for a place to live.

I recommend it! Cool residential complex with developed infrastructure. A very poorly appreciated LCD.There are 3 schools nearby, and a bus stop is a minute's walk from the residential complex. The metro station is about 15 minutes on foot. The area is drafty, the air is clean. To the center and to the green bazaar, 10 minutes by car. It is very convenient to get to the center by car.
