For me, it's a one-time coffee shop, since they don't have lactose-free milk, I couldn't try the coffee. The cheesecakes were not bad, but with an incomprehensible taste. And what's called toast on the menu is croutons in an egg! It was a strange discovery, and the dish tasted bad. Well, it's very greasy. The staff is pleasant, the service is fast. I liked the high ceilings and windows!

A very pleasant place: large windows, greenery, minimalistic design, friendly staff, very tasty coffee (a decent espresso tonic!). The only thing: I want to improve the quality of the food a little. Little things, but still, the impression consists of little things. For example, toast with trout and egg benedict: the egg was slightly overexposed and the yolk no longer spread, and the bread was without any sauce, which is why the dish is a little dry. Or French toast: the toast itself is very tasty, but there is frankly not enough bacon for three thick slices of bread. In general, the impression is good, and I would like to wish the cafe to become perfect!

Jermots: fresh, "warm" and delicious We walked past this place many times during the construction phase. We were told: we will launch soon. And so, at the end of April, it opened. And it's very cool here: a cool team, delicious coffee and food, and the interior and music are my respects! A little hipster touch does not harm this cafe — it seems that developers, creakles, students, and loud people with obviously a lot of money feel equally comfortable here. Apparently, it's not for nothing that they called themselves jermots — greenhouse — it's true that everyone is warm and cozy. Coffee: 10 We ordered cappuccino and Americano traditionally. Both are great. Cappuccino with a perfect elastic foam and palpable sweetness of milk, and most importantly — without too much bitterness. Americano is also good for subjective taste — with a good balance, and in this case without excessive acidity. In addition to these items, there are a dozen more drinks to choose from, including, for example, a rare bumble in Yerevan so far. And the food, by the way, is very good. Try the toast with lightly salted trout. Interior: 10 As long as the interior is fresh, it will probably seem good anywhere. But in Jermuz, the issue is not only about new repairs. Comfort was achieved not by decorative techniques (although, for example, a cool find with the designation of reserved tables with fruits), but by architecture. Six-meter ceilings and the same tall windows are not found everywhere. This "air" combined with wood, avocado-colored paint and a bunch of plants make the room very bright. Music: 10 The perfect background music is playing here. It seems that there is such a term — musak — specifically for an unidentifiable unobtrusive auditory background in shops and establishments. Shazam did not cope with the local ambient, sometimes interspersed with light tribal, not once. Come and listen ;) Toilet: 9 One cubicle + an additional sink outside for 30 seats seems to be not enough. But there is no queue. And visually, the interior in the bathroom continues the theme of the main hall. Clean, tidy, pleasant smell. I used to visit this place a lot and was satisfied with the quality of the service and food. However, the situation has changed for the worse in the last few months. One of the main disappointments was the presence of one of the visitors' dogs at the kitchen door. Although there is no specific clause in the legislation of the Republic of Armenia that explicitly prohibits the presence of animals in public catering facilities, there are a number of sanitary and epidemiological standards aimed at preventing contamination of products and ensuring their safety. In particular, according to the RA Law "On Ensuring Sanitary and Epidemiological safety of the population", enterprises are required to comply with sanitary rules, which makes the presence of animals near cooking areas undesirable and potentially disruptive to hygiene. In addition, I began to notice that many items from the menu are often unavailable, which used to be extremely rare. It also affects the overall impression of the visit.
