Cozy, quiet and warm, you can sleep well and have a good rest from the hustle and bustle of the city, with polite and helpful staff, the rooms are clean, the breakfasts are delicious, I recommend it!

Great hotel, clean and cozy. A nice bed with a good mattress. We were passing through Aktobe, stayed for a day. If necessary, we will definitely come back!

Polite staff, checked in late at night immediately after arrival. The bed linen and rooms are clean. The only negative was that it was very hot in winter, despite the fact that the heating was turned on at a minimum (according to the staff), the bathroom floors were even hot in places.
