I have been doing my nails here for some time now - but recently I had an unpleasant experience with one of the masters. I used to go for an another master there and I wanted to take my gel manicure off but she was not there this time. This aforementioned master had to only take my gel manicure off and nothing else, yet her unnecessary comments kept her working process company. Not only she hurts you physically when doing your nails so much that you actually react to it but also she has the audacity to ask how are you going to go around with your nails looking like this. This was just funny - I could not even comprehend the reason why she delivered her useless comment and took a moment to understand if she in fact said this. She must lack the understanding of people being fine with their nails however they are. No one asked for her opinion - yet she wanted to let me know. The place itself is okay, the administrative staff is kind and welcoming. However this master’s attitude was horrible, and from the way she talks you can feel the tension she has. Now I will stop going there and will inform my acquaintances who also go because I advised. Everyone has a work that they like or don’t - but the recipient of your terrible attitude for whatever reason is not your clients.

I visited Master Victoria. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the result. From the very beginning, the master was dissatisfied with the condition of my nails — they are ordinary, a little thin, but not everyone has perfect nails, and the master must take into account such nuances in his work. The build-up form turned out to be too thick, rough and sloppy in appearance. Within a week, the nails began to exfoliate. I am very sorry for the money and time spent.

I strongly do not recommend this salon. The quality of the work is at an extremely low level. The coating is too thick even for short nails, it looks rough and sloppy. There are bubbles and villi under the gel — this is a direct violation of the basic technique. Separately, it was shocking that the master blew the dust away with her mouth — this is a gross violation of basic hygiene standards. The edged manicure is performed painfully, with cuts, which is unacceptable for a professional service. It seems that the master does not have enough experience and works at the beginner level. It's not just that you don't want to pay for such services, it's not safe.
