Men's rest "without fuss". I came to relax for a couple of days alone. I wanted silence, comfort and not having to go anywhere. The hotel left a very strong impression. I'm a busy person, I rarely rest, but I really managed to recover here. The FOK is next to a separate building, it has everything from a gym to saunas and medical procedures. I chose the hotel because of its proximity to the meeting place, but stayed because of the parking lot. In between meetings, I went to the gym and sauna. I really liked that all procedures are accompanied by medical staff. I did a mechanical hardware massage – the neck was unblocked instantly. The hydro massage with chromotherapy in the room is a bomb. You turn on a warm light for cheerfulness or blue for calm, the jets massage, the blood accelerates, the thoughts become clear. I came with my brother for a weekend break from the hustle and bustle of the city. The FLANK is the main feature. The sauna suite is excellent, the steam room was appreciated. Review of the stay at Jacuzzi Kaskad ApartComplex We (two adults and a 14-year-old daughter) booked an apartment at 34 Myasnikova St. from December 31, 2025 to January 5, 2026. The website promised "all rooms with air conditioning and a hot tub with chromotherapy." The description of our room also included a "bathtub or shower cabin" and a "spacious balcony." The booking confirmation stated: "A room with a Jacuzzi is an ideal place to relax and recuperate." However, upon receiving the keys (after 100% prepayment), it turned out that Apartment No. 109 is an ordinary Khrushchev room, after arriving at which we received instructions on how to use the Jacuzzi What I liked: - the cleanliness of the horizontal surfaces, dishes, linens and rugs, - the location of the house near the historical center, - the presence of an elevator in the house, - there is a hairdryer, iron, ironing board, - there is wi-fi and satellite TV (we don't watch TV, but for many it's a plus), - the manager's availability on WhatsApp, by phone and SMS. What I didn't like (non-compliance with the description and standards): - the bathroom door won't close (the lock is embedded, but it doesn't work). A representative of the company informed me that "the bathroom door did not close, does not close and will not close" — a strange and unacceptable statement. - the microwave does not open with a button. - the wallpaper is torn and partially gone by the kitchen window, - in the bathroom there are only holes in the walls from the toilet paper holders and shelves, - one roll of toilet paper for three adults for 5 nights in a 3* apartment is definitely not enough, - the heated towel rail is taped at the junction — causes concern, - lime stains on the tiles in the shower stall from the shower watering can, - one shower door does not close, - the bed creaks at the slightest movement, - the bedside table is alone, - the TV remote control cover is broken, - there is a breeze blowing from the windows, - the cornice in the room is in poor condition, - one of the lampshades by the chandelier in the room is broken, - scuffs on the wall behind the sofa, - the bedside table under the TV is scuffed, - the "spacious balcony" is an ordinary Khrushchev balcony, not glazed, with cigarette butts in a cup from previous tenants. I contacted a representative of the "apartments", asked to move us at least from January 1 to a normal room. In response, I received a refusal This was our first visit to Belarus, and I didn't try to move on January 1, so as not to spoil my vacation even more. The answer was clear. We have never seen such a disappointing price-performance ratio.

A spa complex for men that works. I have always been skeptical about "spa treatments", but here everything is different, without unnecessary tinsel. The Jacuzzi is a separate topic. We booked a Jacuzzi with a view from the window, there was no view. It's okay with the view, but the drain almost didn't work, the sink was strangely installed. There are no places to store things, hangers. There is a wardrobe in which everything lies like in a closet. The ceiling is shown in the photo. I would not recommend it.

The first visit to Berarusy, we booked this apartment. I compare it with St. Petersburg, because we live here. Among the disadvantages: there is no ventilation in the toilet, the Jacuzzi in the room is for an amateur, the neighbors smoke, apparently, right in the rooms, the smell in all the others, respectively, the sound insulation is zero. On the plus side: close to the center, the view from the last 25 floors is normal.

I lived in room 486 (1). It was very difficult to move in, as the receptionist ignores messages for hours and until she started calling long-distance, no one answered. When booking, it was stated that the Jacuzzi had a view of the city, but in fact the Jacuzzi was just in the bathroom. The main lamp in the room was off and there was no lighting, the bed was dirty, and there was a clean refueling kit on top of the blanket. It's very comfortable after a long flight) There was only one lone soap and a small shower gel in the bathroom, despite the fact that I came for two nights. How can I wash myself with this? Apartments usually imply the presence of at least something, but there is no normal soap, no dental kit, no tea, no coffee. At the same time, they position themselves as a luxury hotel, but this is a stupid apartment building. It's creepy! I highly do not recommend it, like all real clients!

Like many people, we paid attention to the hotel because of the desire to have a Jacuzzi in the room. But upon arrival we were very disappointed. We were met by the owner or administrator, who initially communicated rather rudely, dropping our calls. Next, he brought some old laundry bag and we refilled it ourselves. As a result, the Jacuzzi DID NOT WORK, which we immediately reported, but we were rudely told that everything should work and that we were pressing something wrong, they refused to come to the room, they dropped the tubes, they did not read the messages. As a result, they promised to call the master with a scandal, but of course we did not see him. The room is very cold, the floors are icy, there is black mold on the Jacuzzi, and there is constant condensation on the windows due to high humidity. You will hear all the conversations of the neighbors behind the wall very well. The location is also not the best — a taxi can't get to the house because of several barriers, and it takes about 30 minutes to get to the center. In general, it is not clear why there are so many good reviews, which we actually fell for, it would be better for the same money to rent a hotel right in the center with a regular bathroom, which we got instead of a Jacuzzi. The service is zero, the impressions are terrible. We do not recommend stopping.

We arrived at the place, and we were told that there was no water in our room, the previous guests had broken the toilet... and we found out only at 16:00!! No one contacted me and warned me that we should spend the night outside!! However, no changes have been received from the hotel!!
