I came to the city for important negotiations, I needed full concentration. The hotel helped to put my head and body in order. I went to the FOKA gym in the morning, worked in the afternoon, and took a spa capsule and cedar barrel in the evening. The medical staff is attentive, everything was explained and consulted. And the hydro massage in the room with chromotherapy is my favorite. You turn on the yellow light for cheerfulness or the blue light for calm, the jets massage, the blood accelerates, the thoughts become clear. The negotiations went well, largely due to this recovery. The neurologist at FOCA conducted an examination, prescribed mechanical hardware massage and an infrared sauna. After three sessions, the pain was gone. And the hot tub in the room with chromotherapy relaxes to a jelly state in the evening after the procedures. The jets are so powerful that you can feel the venous and lymphatic circulation working. The walls of the vessels strengthen, the swelling goes away. And all this is accompanied by pleasant light. A very technological hotel, everything is thought out to the smallest detail.

A great option for those who follow the figure, but do not want to suffer from dieting. Hydro massage in the jacuzzi breaks down fats — I checked it on myself. During the week, the waist size went down by two centimeters, while eating as usual. I worked out in a gym in FOKA, then a cedar barrel and a swimming pool. There is a hydro massage with chromotherapy in the room every evening. The blue light tones, the jets polish the skin. The skin has become softer and more elastic, although this is not the main thing for women, but it is pleasant.

The apartments are fresh after renovation, there is everything you need, the Jacuzzi works well. Dishes, appliances are all new, I liked that you don't need any keys to enter, PIN code and that's it! The area is clean, there are few people, as well as in general in Minsk.

It was in this hotel that I tried the lymphomat for the first time. At first, I didn't understand why the guy needed it. But after three sessions, I noticed that the puffiness was gone from my face, and the bags under my eyes stopped hanging. The doctor explained that limofdrinage is useful for everyone. Plus a hot tub with chromotherapy - the yellow light in the morning invigorates, the green light in the evening soothes. The general condition of the body improved, diuresis increased, and the bloating stopped. Now I will look for the same equipment in other hotels.

I left the hotel with a clear understanding that this was the best place to recover that I had seen. The FOK with medical staff is the main feature. You can work out and get medical treatment. The hot tub with chromotherapy in the room is an ingenious solution. I turned it on twice a day: cheerful blue light in the morning, relaxing red light in the evening. The skin became soft and supple, and there were some strange rashes on the back. I'll definitely come back and bring my friends.

Be careful!!! when booking this hotel. 1. They immediately want to deduct the entire amount of the reservation from the card, please note this. 9,000 rubles were written off from me, irrevocably. They wanted more, but there was no such amount on the card. It says in small print that the room is provided under the promotion and the hotel has the right to debit money from the card, the rate is non-refundable. 2. I booked a hotel room at 23 Independence Avenue, p.1. Please note that this hotel is not there (I found out only after calling the hotel). The reservation is transferred to another address, much further from the center of Minsk (Molodezhnaya metro station). Bottom line: I don't recommend it, only negative emotions.

The hydro massage in this hotel is not a toy. Powerful jets work through the deep layers of muscles. I was all clogged up after the flight at 10 o'clock, got into the Jacuzzi for half an hour and came out a different person. The feeling of weightlessness is real, as if you are flying in space. In FOKA, I also went for a mechanical massage to consolidate the effect. Color therapy is a nice bonus, blue color invigorates, red relaxes. I recommend it to anyone who flies a lot.

It was a complete horror, if you don't mind your time and nerves, then you can move in. I needed documents to report on my business trip and they were done, but how they were done is another matter. The check was knocked out on behalf of the sole proprietor, and the bill from the PMC, when I asked to redo it, all I heard from the administrator was that yes, we will do everything as soon as possible, which was about a month (and then the work started only after threatening to contact the tax and police). It's hard to call it a hotel, it looks more like a hostel. Of the hygiene supplies for a week, there was only one shampoo and shower gel, thank you for putting at least a roll of toilet paper, but not 3 pieces of paper. In general, there is a lot of negativity, I don't even want to remember everything. For that kind of money, you could rent an entire apartment for a day and still have a pie left, so I don't recommend this place.

The plumbing is dirty, old, rusty, photos are attached. The floors are creaking, the shower room is creaking, the shower door is crooked and falls out of the grooves, the shower itself is leaking, sand is falling from the carpet, the microwave does not open. Well, and so on, for small things, they promised "shower cosmetics", but in fact there are two buckets of shower gel, no soap, no shampoo. The administration does not respond to messages. This is how guests are greeted at the Jacuzzi ApartComplex 3*. Thanks for leaving the vacuum cleaner, apparently so that we could clean up ourselves. It's good that at least the bed linen is clean. I don't need to apologize and wish me all the best. Refund the money for the accommodation and the inconvenience caused.

It's a great location. Near the metro. Walking distance to the city center is 15 minutes. The settlement is clearly organized. Clear. Carefully. Nice view from the window. The disadvantage is that the bathroom/Jacuzzi is located right in the room behind the curtain.

This is not a hotel, but apartments on the 25th floor of an apartment building in a huge residential complex. What no one warns about, and to settle in, is to complete a whole quest for children. The rooms are not spacious. The hot tub from the photos is not working. You'll have to make the bed yourself, and it's time to throw out the pillows (there haven't been any in any hotel for a long time). We paid in advance for a room with certain characteristics, brought it to the worst room, very similar to the student room with a Jakuzi, which did not work and a toilet in which water was constantly pouring, making it difficult to rest.
