An extremely strange seasonal menu. The ice cream latte was given just milk, a white drink that tasted like nothing but milk. When asked if there was matcha there at all, they said yes, but it wasn't green because they had it without dyes, and offered to "fill it up" 😂 While we were waiting, I didn't notice that the barista was brewing and whisking the matcha, they poured 0.5 grams into it and for some reason whipped it all together in a pitcher 🙄 While doing the iceberg bumble, I wanted to cry. Matcha was added to the orange juice and beaten in a pitcher. Should I warm up an ice cream latte? Should I just put matcha in the orange juice? 😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫 Naturally, none of the drinks corresponded to the photo on the menu, the price of each was 10 rubles, which I consider unacceptable for iced milk. Judging by the feedback from the owners, it's not about service and quality. There are no answers to one-star reviews. And judging by the dates of the reviews, most of them are from friends/acquaintances. Before introducing summer drinks, figure out how they are prepared! Disassemble the TTK, cook by weight, not by eye, and learn how to brew matcha, rather than pouring it into milk and heating it, especially at a time when you are asked for a COLD one! Good afternoon! I want to leave a negative review - the coffee leaves much to be desired. Instead of cappuccino, they made me a milk drink with coffee flavor. I don't know in what proportions the barista prepares the drink , but there was practically no coffee in the glass .
