Probably the first thing I would like to start this review with is that the picture doesn't really match reality. Yes, the area is very green, pleasant staff, good dinners. THAT'S IT! The main disadvantage is the beach! Or rather, how to get to it. And by the way, we need to replace lunch on the beach, which means a 400-meter slide down in the heat. Buggies do not go to the beach during lunch. By the way, the view from the room to the garden is a view of the garbage dump. And no one can arrange a normal room without extra charge.

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are modern, the territory is well maintained, and everything is clean. The beach is quite wide and sandy, and sun beds and umbrellas are also normal. The food is delicious, maybe not as varied, but very tasty, the restaurant is clean. The staff was almost entirely non-Russian-speaking, which caused difficulties. Cleaning in the room was purely symbolic, the bar was not replenished at all, there were no toothbrushes or pastes. The shower gel is not replenished.The doors in the hotel close very loudly and slam shut with a bang. There is animation every day for kids and then for adults. I would like to mention a beautiful gym, there is a tennis court.The hotel is not bad, but there is something to compare it with, and I would not come here a second time.

The Jacararanda Luxury Hotel left a pleasant impression. The territory is well maintained, the rooms are spacious and clean, daily cleaning is at a good level. The staff is friendly, although Russian-speaking staff are rare. The food is varied, the food is delicious. There are several restaurants, including a la carte. The pools are clean, there is a children's area with slides. The evening shows are interesting, and the animation is active. Among the advantages: beautiful territory, good infrastructure for children, sports events. On the downside, sometimes there are problems with Wi—Fi during peak hours, and it can be noisy at night. I recommend it for family holidays, especially if you like active leisure. The hotel is suitable for relaxing holidays with children and sports activities.
