I really liked the kitchen! The soup is incredibly delicious, the mantas are gorgeous, and the salads are decent. The portions are large! We saw Doners being taken out to the next table, it was something so big that I had never seen doners of this size) They served all 4 dishes on Saturday evening with a full landing within 10-15 minutes. We had dinner with great pleasure! And the prices seemed quite reasonable. Thanks!

If you want to spoil your mood and evening, then you are definitely here! We made a pre-order for auyzashar (03/25/2025). We discussed in advance with the administrator that at least the salads would be on the table by the time the guests arrived. But, as it turned out, the agreements mean nothing to them. Neither salads nor hot dishes were served on time. The food was brought out when it was ready, and it looked ridiculous — one guest had already been served a dish, while the others were sitting and looking at it. Absolutely no organization of waiters' work! They bring the soup and leave it on the table without any utensils. And so it is every time. No one monitors the process, no one coordinates the work. And this is not surprising, because the receptionist behaves as if we came to her house to eat for free. She probably doesn't know how to work with waiters. When we came in the afternoon to make a pre-order, we had to wait for her for 15 minutes. Terrible attitude towards customers. The only advantage is the kitchen. The chefs are great, the food is really delicious, there are no complaints about them. But waiters and receptionists need to be changed urgently. I don't recommend this place if you want to get good service.

We were in the evening, the room was full, we ordered mantas. As a result, they are not fresh, warmed up, and therefore not juicy. The size is small, for the same price you can eat 2 servings of the highest mantas in Astana. Maybe something else from the menu is delicious, but we haven't tried it, and we don't want to go anymore. The service is normal.
