Convenient location, right next to the university. Nice staff. Always says hello, polite. It is very good that there are a lot of pastries that can be easily warmed up and eaten if you are in a hurry and did not have time to have breakfast in the morning. The quality is top notch. I highly recommend this store.

I work nearby, it's very convenient to walk but... I've already bought spoiled food 3 times. Feel free to pass by the milk, I came across mold 2 times, although the shelf life is normal. Prices are 30% higher than in Eureka. You can only buy a mini pizza after lunch, definitely not in the morning. I just threw away the pizza I bought (half a cracker with the smell of rotten sausage). I don't recommend eating there, except to buy something to drink and take a drink...
