Unfortunately, the service has been very lame lately. We took doners today, and it was a real challenge. Instead of the promised 15 minutes, the order was expected to take 40 minutes, if not more. They're working sooooo slowly right now. A separate pain is delivery via Wolt. The menu in the app is almost never updated. If at least one ingredient is missing, the order is simply silently rejected, and that's it. No calls, no offers to replace, no customer orientation. In other establishments, they always call back and offer an alternative, but here they cancel the order and are completely indifferent. Recently, it has generally become the "norm" that all Izmir branches often put delivery on hold with the option to pre-order only the next day. Seriously? Who orders doners the day before they are eaten? The quality of the food has also become much worse. The recipe of doners is constantly changing: the sauces are constantly changing, the very sauce that many people loved your doners for has been gone for a long time. Moreover, they began to add tomatoes — why? Previously, there was a perfect combination of flavors, but now the tomato is completely out of place there. When unpacking, the donuts have recently looked even worse: the lavash is soaked, like sourdough, and burnt at the same time — how you can manage to spoil both at the same time remains a mystery. The portions are getting smaller and smaller each time, and the prices are only increasing. It's a pity, because I really liked the place before, but now I'm getting more and more disappointed with every order.
