In June, it turned out that the heating works only by 40-50% before that, I simply did not use it (as it turned out later, they did not have a tester and no one checked the glass for heating operation before installing it) A little creaking (well, we'll cut out the glass for you and do an examination within 2 months. If the case is guaranteed, we will replace it for free. Perspective- suddenly the client will fall behind)They agreed to replace the glass. And again, everything is high-quality and within the agreed time frame. But they refused to issue a document on the replacement of glass for a cut, rudely pointing to the doors.... After urgent demands, they still made an entry in the initial act that on 8/08 there was a warranty replacement. The STD society said that was enough. After all, the warranty for the replaced glass goes from the moment it is installed. And everything seems to be fine, but the residue from this attitude remained. As the director stated: you still can't prove anything... I want to believe that we live in a state governed by the rule of law. I don't want to contact this company
