Poor service. I bought a Pitaka case with a stated 3-year warranty. After 3 months, the frame peeled off during normal use - it looks like a factory defect. I contacted Ispace Tashkent City Mall, but the manager refused to even accept the goods for warranty review without a receipt, despite the fact that the purchase can be verified using the cashier's database or a bank transaction. At the same time, no alternative solution was proposed, and there was no interest in helping the client. For a premium-level store, this approach and the manager's attitude towards the customer are very disappointing.
