Poor service. I bought a Pitaka case with Poor service. I bought a Pitaka case with a stated 3-year warranty. After 3 months, the frame peeled off during normal use — it looks like a factory defect. I contacted Ispace Tashkent City Mall, but the manager refused to even accept the goods for warranty review without a receipt, despite the fact that the purchase can be verified using the cashier's database or a bank transaction. At the same time, no alternative solution was proposed, and there was no interest in helping the client. For a premium-level store, this approach and the manager's attitude towards the customer are very disappointing.

They refused to show the stand, they only look at the picture on the box)), the stand is also so much more than a million.. in general, if there are alternatives, I will no longer come. It's a very strange place. First of all, the queue for the service is long. Just stand and wait for 20 minutes to assess the breakdown. Next, if you do not have a battery replacement or a glass replacement on your iPhone, then wait for spare parts for 30 days. They won't do anything fast. Which official Apple service center has been operating for 30 days? Not in any way. Only here. I don't recommend it.
