I visited the pharmacy on 12.06.26. For some reason, a simple and polite question about the availability of water caused a wave of irritation from the employee at the checkout: in response, I received only demonstrative silence and eye-rolling. When making a purchase, she responded in a sarcastic tone, and to a remark about passive aggression, she professionally shifted the blame to me with the phrase: "That's how you perceive it." Dear management, customers should not guess the assortment and certainly should not tolerate personal complexes of the staff. Please pay attention to the standards of service at this outlet.
