Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the order. The bouquet turned out to be much smaller than it looked in the photos. On the website and in correspondence, the impression is created of a large, magnificent bouquet, but in fact a very small composition was brought for a fairly large amount. I think that the photos mislead customers and do not correspond to the actual size of the bouquet. A specific bento cake was also selected, but a completely different version was delivered without prior approval. I would like to mention the delivery separately. The cost of delivery via Yandex turned out to be very high, but no one clarified whether we agreed to such an amount or whether we were ready to wait a little for a more profitable option. The delivery was made immediately, without giving a choice. At the checkout stage, the staff were very attentive, asked questions and responded promptly. However, after payment and on the day of delivery, communication became significantly less interested. And after comments were made about the bouquet and the cake, we did not receive a response. It is very unpleasant when the service ends immediately after receiving the payment.
