We had a truly unforgettable cave room experience at Iris Cave Hotel Ortahisar! The unique, authentic and charming atmosphere of the cave room was already great, but the approach of the enterprise was much more special than the rooms. This is not a business, but a warm business that prioritizes the person and the guest first of all. From the moment you step in, you feel that naivety and subtle thoughtfulness in every detail. Every day when we returned to the hotel, we were greeted so cordially at the door that we felt at home from the very first moment. No matter what time of day it was, whenever we wanted tea or coffee, they immediately served us with great kindness; there was literally home warmth and comfort. One of the details we liked was the breakfast time; 'When do you want breakfast?'they asked us and prepared it completely at the time we wanted, fresh. Moreover, that well-thought-out, wonderful festive breakfast they prepared specially for the feast day completely conquered our hearts. If you are looking for intimacy, elegance beyond comfort and a peaceful hospitality as if you were in your own home in Cappadocia, this is definitely the right address.
