Assalomu aleykum. Bankda 1 soatga yaqin qolib ketdim, navbatim 10 minut ichida keldi, lekin 45 minut programma ishlashini kutdim. Kartamdan pulni yechib olishdi (valyuta sotib olmoqchi edim), lekin hali ham valyuta berishmadi. 45 minut bo’ldi. Programma ishlamay qolganmush, programmani tuzatadiganlarga telefon qilishsa ko’tarishmidi. Vaqtimni yo’qotdim, servisdan mamnun emasman, qoniqarsiz.
