I'm usually very afraid to donate blood, but everything went just perfectly in the office on Olshanka! I went in, I was quickly processed, there was no queue. The nurse is a real professional, she found the vein instantly, without any pain at all. It's a very pleasant and peaceful place, now I'll only go here!

Terrible service and the same staff. I'll start from the very beginning.... My wife arrived at the laboratory opening at about 06.50 and was third in line. As a result, it was only issued at 07.40.... The blood collection procedure was performed incorrectly, which caused her significant discomfort. They took her blood just terribly. As a result, a lump with a blood clot formed at hand. The funny thing is that the lab assistant, seeing all this, did not even bother to apologize, but began to claim that it was so..... It feels like this company's employees are not competent in this service area.... Something like that....

I remembered why I didn't attend Invitto. Saturday morning, there is a queue of 4 people, tests are taken faster than they are registered, I came with a child and thought everything as quickly as in helix. But no. I had to wait a very long time, even I was tired, not only a child, it was very stuffy in a 2*2 room, 4 people and there was nowhere to go. The girl lab assistant probably left a pleasant impression. That's all there is to it. According to the insurance, they even ask who gave the direction, not only the policy and passport, I have never seen this anywhere. It is better to go to the same center, further away, but more pleasant. Than to sit for half an hour for 2 minutes

They work very slowly. I was there a little later than 7 am (opening time), and I came out almost by 8. Although there were not many people, just someone from the visitors had a lot of indicators for delivery. It would be more efficient to regulate the flow of customers based on what indicators they need. And also to ask for new ones — to specify the data for communication in advance. And then it turned out that I spent about an hour to take a general blood test, samples for which take less than a minute. I think customers prefer Invitro clinics, including for the speed of providing services.
