Надменное и хамоватое обслуживание на ресепшене. Не могут рассказать как правильно сдать анализ, из-за чего пришлось ездить аж 3 раза. Но зато не забывают в процессе обслуживания переговариваются между собой и хихикать. Издевательство какое-то. И это за свои же деньги...
