Despite the fact that I was incorrectly consulted at the call center about the time of the analysis and, accordingly, I was late - after the end of her shift — the nurse still returned and took the analysis from me. This is a truly humane and professional attitude! It is very pleasant to deal with such attentive and responsive staff who not only perform their duties, but sincerely try to help and understand the patient's situation. The laboratory is located far from crowded places in outright fun, which is exactly what attracted me: I wanted to quickly get rid of unpleasant analyzes. Hehe, it wasn't there: there were five people as smart as me ((I galloped resolutely through the small "waiting room", but meanwhile it wasn't worth it: there was an electronic queue terminal lurking there. While I was waiting for my turn, I studied how everything works: there is not enough space in the lobby, but considering where the laboratory is located, it is difficult to expect a pilgrimage of suffering fellow citizens. The nurse and the administrator (Zaborskaya and Borisovskaya) worked smartly and harmoniously. I would also like to mention the stress tolerance of the administrator, which was tested by an insecure and phlegmatic lady from the queue. The nurse knows her job: it wasn't very painful) And most importantly, unlike competitors, you can get an HIV test every day here.
