I visited this department for the first time on 05.01.2026. It's clean, there are no queues, it's spacious, the tests came quickly as always, everything is great. I want to leave a very good review and especially mention the nurse — this is a rare case when a person is in his place and with a big heart. She not only professionally took tests, but also advised, helped to take additional examinations and drew attention to important points after childbirth, including suggested checking trace elements to avoid hair loss and other consequences. It was not a formal service, but real patient care. When I mentioned in conversation that I hadn't eaten all day, the nurse treated me to a granola bar — it would seem like a small thing, but it is from such small things that a feeling of humanity and warmth develops. It was very pleasant and really touching. The nurse is a real treasure, she is a very kind, attentive and responsive woman, with whom she is calm and comfortable. I have been a client of the Invitro laboratory for more than 5 years, and such employees only strengthen the desire to return again. I was very glad that a new office was opened near my house on Leonid Levin Street, 1. A clean, tidy office. Friendly and competent receptionists, they told and explained everything. The nurse is wonderful. The first time she was able to prick my bad veins, she calmed me down. I also went for an ultrasound of the heart. Everything went great, no queues. That's an unacceptable amount! There should be additional staff, especially since the area allows it. There are also not enough seats. In general, I will leave a great review, although there are a couple of points that I would like to improve: The parking lot is completely occupied, I had to look for a place. But this is generally the difficulty of the Minsk Mir neighborhood. The document that was supposed to give the result of the spouse's tests was left in the car, and a passport was needed, which was also left in the car. When asked to give the result on the driver's license, they refused, and I had to return to the car (with my one-year-old daughter in my arms). There doesn't seem to be a violation, but this is not access to a safe deposit box. I took a photo to leave a review, asked if I could close the cabinet with mirrored doors, and they said yes! And my request caused confusion, "so close it." In general, there is a lot to strive for. On the plus side, there were no people at all, there is an electronic queue, there are benches with upholstered seats, clean, tidy, the results were given quickly, there is a children's table and chairs for the child, leaves, pencils, pleasant care. I recommend you to visit.
