The question is, why set a time if you still have to wait?! Maybe I only took half an hour off from work, not more than an hour. There is no organization of patient admission. After the ultrasound, the doctor did not say anything about my problem, they just printed out the ultrasound result and go wherever you want. Wasted money and time. The second unsuccessful experience was that the child had to take a stool test. The first time I brought feces in my jar, they didn't take it, they say, everything should be done according to the instructions and in their test tube, I had to throw everything away. Although I've done everything right. They gave me a test tube and told me to bring it any day before 12.30 pm. Two days later, I did everything according to the instructions and brought the analysis, and they tell me that we do not accept it today. Class. I waited two days for my son to poop. Why didn't they immediately say that it was necessary to clarify by phone whether they would take such an analysis on this or another day? This is generally the height of incompetence. At least they gave me a new test tube for free. So they are not cheap. I had to wait two days again for my son to do his job. I brought it, they took everything, thank God, but they didn't know how to arrange it. I had to search the invitro website on the Internet myself and tell the order number. Yeah, so much for the experts. It turns out that I took one test for 7 days, and I waited up to 10 days for the result, so many days were lost, or I could have already picked up the result and taken the child to kindergarten. You will have to stay at home with your child for another week and wait for the result of the analysis. Disappointed with the service.
