Very nice club, pleasant atmosphere, everything is clean and tidy. It looks aesthetically pleasing. A wide range of group activities. Nice staff. We were at the training due to the Motivation Factor, thanks for the collaboration and such a cool opportunity to work with cool coaches in the classroom.

Honestly, the level of some coaches in Invictus is a separate kind of antiservice. In the morning, the trainers smelled like sweat, as if no one had ever heard of hygiene there. Are conversations with customers below the belt, gossip, discussions, and attempts to assert themselves at the expense of visitors the norm? I remind you that a fitness club is a place of sports and service, not a bazaar and a gathering of people without professional ethics. According to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Consumer Rights Protection", the client has the right to quality service and respectful treatment. When the administration covers up such behavior, it becomes clear why the atmosphere in the club is getting worse every day. Reputation is destroyed not by customers, but by employees who have forgotten where they are and what they receive money for.
