This is the fourth year I've been going to the INVICTUS club. I think this is the best sports complex in our city. I constantly attend group classes such as Stretching, Yoga, Pilates, Water aerobics, play table tennis with friends, then swim and relax in the Jacuzzi. The halls and corridors are always clean and have a pleasant smell. There are various fitness equipment available in the gym. There is liquid soap in the shower stalls and two types of towels and terry dressing gowns are provided. There is a cafe in the lobby. The administration and staff are polite and helpful people.

Very good coaches, especially in adaptive swimming, Karina and Nurzat, work well with the special children of the master of their craft, they have reduced one star for minor inconveniences. There are no clean towels in the evening, if you come to water aerobics without a towel, it is not convenient, and if you go to training, it is not always convenient to carry a large bag with towels in the morning. And you can't sign up for some group workouts for weeks because there are no available places.
